Guidelines For VISA Application For International Students At Malaysian Cooperative Entrepreneurship University (MCEU)

We extend a warm welcome to you on the scenic campus of Malaysian Cooperative Entrepreneurship University (MCEU) to access the visa application.

Actions Need To Be Taken:

It is essential to apply for the student pass at least three (3) months prior the commencement of your studies.
Student are advised to purchase flight tickets only after obtaining your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) from Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS)/Malaysian Immigration either via email or mail.

Student Pass Application

You have to log in to the public portal at https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/ and apply for the student pass application.

It is recommended that you complete the MONTH OF INTAKE section THREE (3) MONTHS before the start date mentioned in your offer letter.

Choose MALAYSIAN COOPERATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY as institution name

Remark:

If there is a Malaysian Embassy/Consulate in your country; kindly choose the nearest one to acquire the Single-Entry Visa (SEV); and
If there is no Malaysian embassy in your country, please choose the nearest country, and students can apply for Visa on Arrival for Students (VOAS) at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport or the designated entry point

Make Payment for Visa Processing Fee

After completing your application, you must settle the visa processing fee (Note: This fee does not cover the Student Pass and Multiple Entry Visa fees). Verify the Status of Your Visa Application

You can inquire about the status of your visa application {two (2) weeks after submission} via https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/

Upon the completion and approval of your application by EMGS and the Malaysian Immigration Department, you will be notified via email by the International Student Section at MCEU regarding your Visa Approval Letter (VAL).

Upon Arrival in Malaysia

All incoming international students with a valid pass must undergo clearance through airport immigration facilitated by a university representative upon their arrival in Malaysia.
Kindly be aware that you are required to complete the arrival form, which will be provided by the MCEU International Student Section. The completed form should be submitted to the MCEU International Student Section ([email protected]) seven days before your planned arrival date
When you arrive in Malaysia, a university representative will be available at the immigration counter to assist with your airport immigration clearance. At the counter, you will receive an endorsement or entry stamp, permitting a 30-day stay in Malaysia from the entry date, while the university processes your student pass.
Hence, during the initial week of your arrival, you must fulfill the following procedures before obtaining the Student Pass endorsement.

Undergo a post-medical examination at designated EMGS Panel Clinics in Malaysia: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/medical-screening.html
Report to and register with the Graduate Business School, GBS (for postgraduate students), or the School of Entrepreneurship, SoE (for undergraduate students), MCEU.
